What a terrible week. I've been so tired, I've practically been asleep at my desk. Almost delirious with fatigue, virtually sleepwalking, even. I've also been short of breath, had a constant ache in my chest, and the insomnia is kicking in again. And I've almost certainly alienated the last two people who'd be prepared to call me "friend".
