sabremeisterDoes anybody know the source, context, and/or originator of the following half-remembered quote:
"If you have something to allege, go ahead and allege it."
I know I've seen or heard it somewhere recently-ish, and I know that's just the first line of several in a similar vein, but Google is not being my friend about it, nor is Wikiquote or TVTropes. So, anyone who knows what I'm on about and can point me in the direction of the full speech, please enlighten me.
