It's bad enough as it is. Apparently, you can be found guilty of "conspiracy to commit murder" even if there's insufficient evidence that the murder you were allegedly planning was the one you were actually accused of planning. How does *that* work?

And don't count LHC out yet: they haven't actually got the beams to meet yet, and that's when the fireworks will start.
